WHY DON'T YOU LIST YOUR PRICES ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We do not list our pricing for the simple reason that every website project is unique, and every client has different needs.  To list block process would, in most cases, overcharge the client, or in some cases  undervalue our work.

This is why we always offer a 100% free consultation.  We want to hear exactly what your needs are, add any suggestions we may have to offer and provide you with a custom price that is tailored to your needs.

WHAT IS A RESPONSIVE WEBSITE AND WHY DO I NEED ONE?

"Responsive" means that your website will reformat itself to adapt to the device you are using.  PC's display differently than tablets, which display differently than cell phones, etc.

We make sure every page formats correctly to the device your customer is using. A non-responsive website is death to your business.

CAN I ACCEPT PAYMENTS ONLINE?

Of course you can!
We set it up so your customer pays either with a credit card or, if you have chosen it as your  payment method, Paypal.

As they check out, they are prompted for their payment method and information, and the payment is securely processed using the same encryption your bank uses.

HOW LONG WILL MY WEBSITE TAKE TO CREATE?
There are as many answers to that question as there are websites.

We will discuss our timeline during our consultation. What we can tell you is this...A lot of it also depends on the client. Do you have a logo? Do you have ready the photo media that is to be displayed? Do you have text available for information such as a bio, mission statement, etc.?

A good deal of the time it takes to build a project depends on how prepared the client is. That is not to say we won't assist with these things, but they do affect the time.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR HOSTING? IS IT ADDITIONAL?

Yes.  And Yes.  A lot of web designers will pay for hosting for their customers, then mark up that price for profit.  We do not do that.

We use several different hosting companies for our clients. Most hosting is due annually. We bill you separately directly form the hosting company so you know you are paying us for just the time we spend on your website, not excessive fees for hosting and domain registration..

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PROBLEM? HOW DO I GET A HOLD OF YOU?
There are two efficient ways to get a hold of us 24/7.

Our preferred method is using a support ticket just to the right of this FAQs column. It comes directly to us and we can respond almost immediately.

You can also contact us by phone, but if we are in a meeting or with a client we will need to wait until we can call you back.
DO I REALLY NEED SEO?
The short answer... Yes. You are investing a lot of money in your business and your website. If your website is listed on page 400 of a Google search, it's not going to do you any good. No-one will ever see it. Almost as important as having a website at all is getting it to the top of the search engines results so that your customers can find you.

To complicate m atters further Google and other search engines change their algorithms often, so once SEO is in place it needs top be adjusted regularly.
